Middle school race day is Friday, October 11, 2023 at Lakewood High School.

High school race day is Saturday, October 12, 2023 at Lakewood High School

The schedule will be run on time as posted.

First call will be made 20 minutes prior to the race start. Second call will be made 15 minutes prior to race start. Final call will be made 10 minutes prior to race start.

All runners must be at the start line 10 minutes prior to race start for chip check, uniform check, and final instructions.

In the event of a weather or emergency delay, the schedule will resume on a rolling schedule as announced through the loud speaker at the stadium and start-line.
